Andrew Huberman said it on his own podcast, to Dorian Yates: “I’m on low-dose TRT. I started when I was 45”, at “about 125 milligrams a week.”
Confirmed — by admission, with the dose.
Why this page matters more than a bodybuilder’s
Huberman is not on this list because of his physique, which is unremarkable. He is here because of the audience. Millions of people take protocol advice from him: sunlight, sleep, cold exposure, supplements, the whole apparatus of natural optimisation.
125 mg of testosterone a week is not in that apparatus. It is a prescription that moves the outcome more than any supplement stack he has ever discussed. He has said he was “very open” about it; the criticism after the Yates interview was that a passing mention on occasional episodes is not the same as disclosure.
That is the whole argument, and it is a fair one to have. It is also worth saying that TRT at that dose, prescribed and monitored, is ordinary medicine for a man in his late forties. Nothing here suggests otherwise.
Verdict
Confirmed — self-declared low-dose testosterone since 45. The number to remember is not his body fat, it is that the man explaining your hormones to you is on exogenous testosterone.
