For a decade, Kali Muscle was the internet’s favorite natty legend: the story went that he built a 250-lb physique on prison-yard workouts and ramen, and he insisted for years that steroids weren’t even obtainable inside. Then he told the truth, in list form: “Enathate, Tren 1600, sometimes Anidrol, sometimes D-bol, Remedyx, that was my stack.” He has since walked through his competition stack too — test, tren, Winstrol, clenbuterol, T3, diuretics — and the abscess from “bad juice” that came with it. Confirmed, in his own inventory.
The timeline
By his account the use began around 2010, when he moved to Los Angeles to compete and grow the YouTube brand. His mass peak — the era of the viral prison-workout videos — reads around 250 lbs (114 kg) at 5’9” (175 cm): FFMI in the low 30s, far past any natural ceiling, at exactly the moment his content claimed otherwise. That gap is the real story of this page: the physique selling the natty myth was, by its owner’s own list, one of the most chemically assisted on YouTube.
In November 2021 he survived a heart attack, dropped tens of pounds, and now preaches against the drugs — “Steroids is a waste of time, bro” — while describing himself as natural today. We note the current claim as a claim: his post-2021 physique, at an estimated 195 lbs (88.5 kg), is at least consistent with it.
The honest context
Two things deserve saying straight. First, the man’s actual story — out of Oakland, through San Quentin, to a self-built media career — is remarkable without a single natty claim attached. Second, his eventual honesty, like Piana’s, came packaged with the health bill: a heart attack at 46 and a public warning to his own audience. The years of denial did real damage to real beginners’ expectations; the admission and the warning are worth crediting anyway.
Verdict
Confirmed — by his own detailed stack lists, covering the era that made him famous, after years of claiming the opposite. The natty-legend chapter of his story is closed by its own author.
In their words
“Enathate, Tren 1600, sometimes Anidrol, sometimes D-bol, Remedyx, that was my stack.”
“Steroids is a waste of time, bro. If you started, okay, you feel good. You look good but you got to take anti-estrogen to keep your estrogen and most of y'all don'e even have medical. I was happy natural like I am now. It's not necessary. You can do it like this, natural. Kudos to all the natural guys out there but you still got to think if you natural, natural guys, they want to gain weight.”
